Illegal resident discovered dead in UAE house

Umm Al Quwain: A man reportedly committed suicide at his house on Monday morning, an Umm Al Quwain Police official said on Monday.

The police said that the Iranian man,in his 30s, was found hanging from the ceiling in his house in the old Ramla area.

His brother discovered the body at 7.30am and reported the incident to the police operations room.

Police investigations revealed that the man was an illegal resident.

His body was transferred to the forensic laboratory for an autopsy while the police have started an investigation into the incident.
