Dubai Police file case against director of company for ill-treating labourers
Police registered a case against the director of a contracting company for providing accommodation for labourers in a building under construction.

Dubai: Police registered a case against the director of a contracting company for providing accommodation for labourers in a building under construction.
The case filed at Rashidiya Police Station also talks about not providing proper amenities for the workers. The director is also charged with endangering the lives of the workers.
The Public Prosecution is investigating the charges.
Police has urged companies to abide by labour rules and warned of tough measures against violators.
