Dubai Courts signs agreement to provide training at Iraqi courts
Dubai Courts has signed an agreement with the Iraqi Judicial Council to provide field training to 10 administrative cadres at different units at the Iraqi courts.
Dubai: Dubai Courts has signed an agreement with the Iraqi Judicial Council to provide field training to 10 administrative cadres at different units at the Iraqi courts.
Dr. Ahmed Saeed bin Hazeem, director general of the Dubai Courts Department signed on behalf of the Dubai Courts, while Rima Das Badhan signed on behalf of World Bank (WB). Medhat Al Mahmoud, a judge, signed on behalf of the Supreme Iraqi Judicial Council.
Abdulwahid Galadari, Director of Department of Human Resources at Dubai Courts, said the "Agreement comes in line with vision of Dubai Courts to boost the regional and international judicial cooperation".
He adding that the signing of the agreement was prompted by joint request from the WB and the Iraqi sides to benefit from the Dubai's experience.
