Ajman: A 52-year-old Asian man who allegedly cheated people by offering that he could solve family problems through black magic was arrested by Ajman Police, Lieutenant colonel Abdulla Saif Al Matrooshi, Director of Criminal Investigation department at Ajman Police, said yesterday.
The Criminal Investigation Department had received information that an Asian man was practising black magic in his house claiming that he could resolve marital problems, treat chronic disease through sorcery, Al Matrooshi said
The police raided the suspect’s house and arrested him red-handed in his home, he said
The case has been referred to the Attorney General to complete the legal procedures. Lieutenant colonel Al Matrooshi said
He called on the public to inform the police of such crimes.
Ajman Police has recently intensified their campaign against those practising black magic and cheating people of money.
