Riyahd: Four people were killed when a single engine aircraft crashed on Tuesday in Tabuk in northern Saudi Arabia.

The Aviation Investigations Bureau (AIB) confirmed that it had received information about an aviation accident, according to Saudi Press Agency. 

A single-engine Maule aircraft with the registration number of HZ-NC7, belonging to the Saudi Wildlife Authority, crashed in the Khunfeh wildlife reserve in Tabuk region.

All the four people on board the plane died in the crash.

An AIB team has been immediately formed to investigate the cause of the crash, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
