Qaboos arrives in Kuwait on a private visit

Muscat: Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed arrived in Kuwait on Monday on a private visit after visiting UAE.

On his arrival, the Omani leader was received by Kuwaiti Emir Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah. Shaikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah, the Crown Prince of Kuwait, and Ahmad Al Sadoun, National Assembly Speaker, were also present among senior Kuwaiti ministers and officials to welcome Sultan Qaboos.

Sultan Qaboos will later hold talks with the Kuwaiti Emir.

Khalid Bin Hilal Bin Saud Al Busaidi, Minister of Diwan of Royal Court, Sultan Bin Mohammed Numani, Minister of Royal Office, Syed Badr Bin Saud Bin Hareb Al Busaidi, Minister Responsible for Defence Affairs, Yousuf Bin Alawi Bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, Darwish Bin Esmail Al Balushi, Finance Minister and Mohammad Bin Sultan Al Zubair, the adviser to the Sultan for Economic and Planning Affairs, are accompanying the Omani leader.
