Muscat: Popular Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram will perform at the Seeb beach front on Friday (February 8) as part of the Muscat Festival.

All roads lead to the Seeb beach front in Muscat during the Muscat Festival as the pristine long beach turns into a centre of action and activities every weekend. And, the open air stage draws hundreds of Arabic music lovers as popular crooners belt out one popular Arbic number after another.

Nancy Ajram commands a steady fan following that only seems to be growing. Performing all over the world, this is not the first time that Nancy is performing in Oman.

Nancy, at the age of twelve participated in a TV program called "Noujoum Al Mostakbal", and she won a golden medal / Tarab category.

Nancy launched her first album " Mouhtagalak" in 1998, then in 2001 she launched her second album "Shil Oyounak Ani", but it was the album "Ah w Noss" that she released in 2005 that went on to become a phenomenal hit .

In "Oscar video clips" Festival 2003 at Sharam El Sheikh, she won an award as the best Arab singer for the year 2003. Nancy is addicted to her work; she's a perfectionist who spends hours in the studio. Nancy is definitely a promising star with an extra ordinary talent.

The Seeb beach will also witness the beach volleyball competition that will see most of the colleges, private and government as well as universities sending their teams. The finals of the same will take place on the 14th of February. An extensive parking area has been erected at the Seeb beach venue for the visitors.

The entry for Nancy Ajram concert is free and can be enjoyed standing anywhere in the beach. The audience will comprise only of standees.
