Filipino killed in a brawl
According to a police report, the deceased had a fight with a Bangladeshi national and two other Filipinos soon after they arrived in Oman
Muscat: A brawl at a flat owned by a manpower recruitment company in Salalah, 1000-km south off Muscat, ended up in the death of a new Filipino expatriate.
According to a police report, the deceased had a fight with a Bangladeshi national and two other Filipinos soon after they arrived in Oman and were at the flat owned by a recruitment agent.
The three accused alleged that the Filipino verbally abused them and in the ensuing fight one of the three accused hit him on the head with a fighter extinguisher, causing his death.
The police is further investigating the case.
