Dubai: Rains lashed several parts of the country on Sunday evening with reports of heavy rains in Al Dhaid, Al Manama and Friday Market accompanied by lightning and hail.
Light rains were also reported in some Dubai areas, especially near the Bab Al Shams Resort area.
Weather forecasters had predicted that light showers will lash some parts of the country at night.
Monday's weather is expected to be partly cloudy to cloudy over northern and eastern areas with chances of rain in those areas in the morning. The cloudiness will tend to decrease during the evening and night.
Moderate wind
Daytime temperatures will fall further and the wind will be generally moderate, becoming fresh at times. The sea will be moderatel.
Relative humidity is likely to increase during the night and Tuesday morning with a chance of mist or fog, especially the western inland areas.
