Man found hanging in Sharjah laundry

Sharjah: Sharjah Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of a 40-year-old Indian man.

The man was found around 8am hanging in a laundry stairwell located in Al Nahda area on Wednesday morning

Police investigation showed the man used a piece of clothing and tied it around his neck.

The Public Prosecutor has asked for the body of the deceased to be moved to a forensic laboratory to establish if this is suicide or a criminal act.
