High-tech Abu Dhabi crime-busting gear on show

Abu Dhabi: Police in the UAE capital are known for documenting their real-life crime-busting operations and loading them onto Youtube.

Now, the force is showcasing their technological prowess, which combines high-tech gear and facial recognition technology with high-octane chase scenes in this video published on Tuesday.

Some of UAE police new assets are current on display at the on-going Gitex Technology Week 2015 at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre.
