Dubai: Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, yesterday issued a resolution appointing and replacing members of the board of directors of the Awqaf and Minor Affairs Foundation.
Resolution No 31 of 2013 appointed Abdul Rahman Hareb Rashid Al Hareb and Abdul Razzaq Abdullah Ebrahim Al Abdullah as new members, respectively replacing Saleh Saeed Lootah and Arif Abdullah Al Harmi.
Shaikh Hamdan also issued Resolution No 33 of 2013, making amendments to some bylaws of the Executive Council Resolution No 3 of 2011 regarding the Permanent Committee of Labour Affairs.
The new bylaw specifies that the committee’s members will include the chairman, deputy chairman, and six other members representing government departments that are relevant to the committee’s specialisation.
The two resolutions come into effect from the date of their issuance and are to be published in the official gazette.
Shaikh Hamdan also issued Resolution No 39 of 2013, appointing Mansour Juma Nasser Bu Osaiba as Deputy Executive Director of the Personal Communication Corporation (Nedaa).
