Bahrain-based Gulf Air announced it has inked a code-share partnership deal with Aegean Airlines, the Greek carrier, thereby widening each airline’s networks across Europe and the Middle East.

The deal will allow passengers to code-share on flights Bahrain, via Athens, to and from Brussels and Rome, while travellers from Geneva, Milan, and Vienna will be able to code-share on flights, via Athens, to Bahrain.
