My therapist Jay, understood my problems and began his work. He started with relaxing my back muscles, releasing points of stress, and most importantly pointing out what I was doing wrong. Jay explained how my job and posture throughout the day are affecting my lower back.
The pain involved in a deep tissue massage depends on the pressure that needs to be put on stressed nodules or knots in our muscles. It felt like Jay was piercing my back with his elbow, but the relief post the treatment was absolute bliss.
The therapy rooms are clean, spacious and provide all amenities. The only issue is the location, in the middle of a mall, makes it a bit noisy.
The staff is highly qualified, understands the human body and how external factors affect it. The service stations are hygienic and the prices won’t burn a hole in your pocket. The Jazz Lounge Spa was definitely a positive experience and has gained a new customer in me.
