Etihad launches Armenia service

Etihad Airways launched direct flights to Yerevan, the capital of the Republic of Armenia, on Thursday.

The new Abu Dhabi — Yerevan route is operated by a two-class, 136 passenger Airbus A320 aircraft. There are 16 seats in Business Class and 120 seats in Economy Class.

Yerevan is the cultural, economic and political heart of the country, with a population of more than a million. It’s also the largest city of Armenia and one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited cities — known as the “City of the Sun and Light.”
