Emirates opens counter for government staff

Dubai: Emirates Airline has launched a dedicated counter for UAE government employees at the Dnata Travel Centre on Dubai’s Shaikh Zayed Road. The counter, manned by Arabic and English speaking staff, caters to the travel requirements of government employees, including booking and ticketing requests. Government customers will also be supported with all Emirates Skywards programme queries about the enrolment and redemption of their air miles at the counter. Also, they will be able to enjoy free Wi-Fi services and free parking at the centre. Emirates has over 10 ticketing offices across the UAE, including four in Dubai.
