Dubai: Dubai Police made the wish of an eight-year-old boy come true by providing him with a police uniform.

Dubai Police got to know about the wish of Abdullah Eisa Ali Al Beloushi through a video posted by his father on Twitter. The uniform was given to Al Beloushi when he and his father were received by Major-General Abdullah Khalifa Al Merri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police.

Also present was Amnah Al Banna, Director of the Social Media Department and member of the Council of Happiness and Positivity at Dubai Police.

Al Banna said that as soon as Al Merri issued directives to fulfil the boy’s wish, the department and the council contacted the family to enquire about Al Beloushi’s measurements, and a uniform for the rank of First Lieutenant was stitched for the boy.

Al Beloushi, a fourth grade student in Ras Al Khaimah, said that he was delighted that his wish had been fulfilled.
