Abu Dhabi: Aldar Properties on Monday announced the launch of a new Dh10 billion ($2.7 billion) Al Ghadeer masterplan close to the border between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The project consists of 14,408 units including villas, townhouses and maisonettes which will be delivered over a period of 15 years.

Units from Dh290,000 to Dh899,000

Maisonette prices start from Dh290,000 and townhouses from Dh899,900.

The first neighbourhood of 611 homes will go on sale at Cityscape Abu Dhabi beginning on Tuesday, according to Aldar.

The development is designed as a mixed-use destination comprising of five zones to make life easy for residents working in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. 

Location

Al Ghadeer Development is located on the border between Abu Dhabi and Dubai in Seih Sdeirah. It includes gated community-sized projects at the crossroads of the nation connecting Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai.

Being at the heart of the active areas in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, it is positioned close to several of the UAE’s important new industrial zones and facilities, including the New Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone, KIZAD, Abu Dhabi International Airport, Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dubai.
