Zurich signs agreement with Citibank to distribute life insurance

Dubai: Zurich Insurance Group and Citibank NA have signed an agreement to offer Zurich’s comprehensive life insurance solutions to Citi’s clients in the Middle East, according to a statement on Wednesday.
The 15-year strategic agreement covers the UAE, and subject to regulatory approval, Bahrain and Citi’s Non Resident Indian (NRI) business in the Middle East. It is expected to start in 2015.
