Cairo : The UAE exhibited its cultural landmarks at the second Arab Media Tourism Forum that kicked off in the Egyptian resort of Porto Marina in Alexandria on Thursday.

Posters, brochures, cultural pictures with basic landmarks, and information on the most important tourist destinations were exhibited by UAE.

Several Emirati dishes and Arabic coffee were served in the booth.

Marsa Matrouh Governor Ahmad Hussain, visited the UAE booth. "I am happy to see the exquisite Emirati products, such as the coffee, the cultural knowledge exhibited, and look forward to more cooperation between the UAE and Egypt in terms of promoting tourism for both countries," he said.

The most common questions asked at the booth concerned the Burj Khalifa and the status of some of the most advanced projects in Abu Dhabi, such as the Saadiyat project and the Louvre, and the UAE's investment projects in the pipeline.
