Dubai: The Rezidor Hotel Group saw a like-for-like growth of 9.5 per cent in revenue per available room (RevPAR- a performance benchmark) in the Middle East, Africa and others, during the third quarter of the year.
According to a statement on Sunday, the growth in RevPAR was driven by the rise in the group’s occupancy by 9.5 per cent and room rates by 0.1 per cent. South Africa had the largest growth rate (13 per cent), followed by Saudi Arabia (9.3 per cent).
