Kolkata: The number of Indian tourists to Abu Dhabi grew by 32 per cent in 2014 compared to the previous year, an official said here.

In 2014, Abu Dhabi received 231,702 Indian travellers, translating into 850,443 guest nights, with an average length of stay of 3.67 nights, said Bejan Dinshaw, country manager, Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority.

The tourism official was in Kolkata as part of a three-city workshop in India that began in Chandigarh February 2.
