Dubai: Emaar Properties and the Armani Group Tuesday said the world's second Armani hotel would officially open for business on November 10 in Milan, Italy.

The duo opened its flagship Armani Hotels and Resorts in Dubai's Burj Khalifa in April last year.

Developed by Emaar Properties, Armani Hotel Milano embodies, in all its facets, Giorgio Armani's personal aesthetic philosophy, which is based on the signature qualities of elegance, sophistication and comfort, the company said in a statement, adding that the hotel would be located in the heart of the prestigious Quadrilatero della Moda in Milan.

Armani Hotels & Resorts was established in 2005 under an agreement between Giorgio Armani and Emaar Properties, with the objective to develop, own and operate an exclusive collection of hotels, resorts and residences in key cities of the world.

The Dubai Armani Hotel Dubai includes 160 guest rooms and suites, several restaurants and a spa, and covers more than 40,000 square metres. Emaar joined hands with Giorgio Armani to strengthen its presence in the growing hospitality industry.
