Berlin: Ajman Tourism Development Department (ATDD) is leading an official delegation to the ITB-Berlin, with a number of top Ajman hospitality sector representatives as members to support efforts to promote Ajman as a unique tourist destination in the UAE and the Gulf region.
Yamina Aoucher, Director of Tourism Licensing and Standards at ATDD said the organisation, officially responsible for the development of the tourism sector in Ajman, is “constantly striving to upgrade and improve promotion and support mechanisms for the Ajman hotel establishments through effective strategic partnerships and continuous innovation
Michele Frignani, the General Manager of the new five-star Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort and Starwood’s latest Middle Eastern hotel, said the group was “proud to introduce its newest Middle East product in Ajman, lauding the attitude of major German travel agents who welcomed Ajman Saray at ITB-Berlin and signed a number of major deals that were added to more than 80 contracts signed since the opening of the hotel in Ajman one month ago. He said that the hotel’s participation in the official delegation, led by ATDD, would be fruitful, expecting the increase of German tourism inflow to Ajman within a few months.
