DUBAI

Mohammad Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism, and UK ambassador Philip Parham met on Wednesday to discuss further collaboration on business and tourism initiatives.

Al Mabarak said the meeting was aimed at strengthening the excellent relationship between the two countries, and developing the trust and mutual cooperation they have across all sectors and activities.

More than 150,000 British citizens came to Abu Dhabi in the first eight months of 2017, an increase of 5 per cent over the same period the previous year, making it the emirate’s third largest source of hotel guests.
