Dubai: IMG Worlds of Adventure (IMGWOA), a theme park being built in Dubailand, will have 28 food and beverage outlets, according to a statement on Thursday.

IMGWOA will have a wide variety of retail outlets, each one themed to one of the four zones — Marvel, Cartoon Network, Lost Valley and IMG Boulevard zones, in addition to other dining options. The theme park will also have conference facilities and a 12-screen cinema.

“IMG Worlds of Adventure is entering a phase of real momentum with construction ongoing and the finalisation of a number of commercial agreements,” said Lennard Otto, General Manager at IMGWOA, in the statement.

The project is part of City of Arabia, which is a retail, residential, commercial and entertainment mixed-use development covering 20 million square feet. With IMGWOA, IMG Group aims to position Dubai and the UAE as an international themed entertainment destination.

IMGWOA launched a new ride, the Avengers: Battle of Ultron ride at Middle East Film & Comic Con.

The theme park is expected to welcome more than 20,000 visitors per day.
