Dubai: Hospitality Management Holdings (HMH) signed on Monday one new management contract in the UAE while announcing the completion of two other hotels.

The three new hotels are located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ajman and will boost the existing HMH room supply in the Emirates by 40.29 per cent, adding 378 keys to the group's current inventory of 938 units.

Michel Noblet, President and CEO of HMH, said, "These new signings come at a perfect time when the emirates is witnessing a boost in business."

In focus: Arabian Travel Market

Among the newly signed hotels is Corp Al Khoory- Al Wasl Dubai and The Royal Hotel Abu Dhabi.

Located on Al Wasl Road, Corp Al Khoory is in the advanced stages of development and is expected to be operational before the end of the year. The hotel has 216 rooms and suites.

Other features include dining, banqueting and meeting facilities.

HMH also announced the soft launch of Liwa Executive Suites in Abu Dhabi and Coral Residence Ajman.
