DUBAI
InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), a British multinational hotel operator, has signed two new properties in Dubai, a Crowne Plaza and an InterContinental, both located in Business Bay, the company said on Wednesday.
The 290 room Crowne Plaza is slated to open in 2019, located on the Business Bay canal close to the Burj Khalifa.
The InterContinental Residence Suites will be located in the new Marasi Business Bay development, offering 30 studios, 60 one bedroom, 60 two bedroom, and 10 three bedroom suites.
