Nakheel has started leasing activity at the Nad Al Sheba Mall, a 1.2 million-square-foot destination at one of Dubai’s fast-emerging residential residential neighbourhoods. The Mall, part of Nakheel Malls’ Dh16 billion expansion, will have 200 shops, restaurants and entertainment outlets across 500,000 square feet of shop space. Construction is to begin in Q4-17 and with completion by mid-2020. It forms part of the master-developer’s upcoming Nad Al Sheba community, featuring 1,500 four- and five-bedroom homes.
