Dubai: The 72-hour sale of Dubai Summer Surprises will be back tomorrow, Monday, and this time shoppers in the UAE will be treated to “super savings” on furniture and homeware.

“It’s that time of the week! The 72-hour sale is here, giving you the chance to save even more on a range of furniture and homeware from leading brands,” reads the announcement on a government website.

The three-day sale will be from July 17 to July 19 and will be on at eight shopping malls in Dubai, including Al Ghurair Centre, Dubai Festival City, City Centre MIrdif, The Beach, Oasis Centre, Mall of the Emirates, Ibn  Battuta Mall and Dubai Mall.

Unlike last week, however, the latest edition of the 72-hour sale will be participated in mainly by retailers of home furnishings, so those who have been planning to upgrade their kitchenware or  replace their old sofa, mattress and other living room accessories, this sale could be a great way to score some bargains.

Participating brands include Jashanmal, Pottery Barn, Home Box, IDdesign, West Elm and Muji.

The limited-time sale promised to offer  more savings on already discounted merchandise. Shoppers will still get discounts when they check out other brands that are not included in the exclusive three-day bonanza, as the majority of retailers across Dubai are participating in the wider DSS sale that lasts until August 12, 2017.

Shoppers were earlier promised up to 75 per cent discount during the wider DSS sale.
