Dubai: One of Majid Al Futtaim’s community malls, City Centre Ajman, is set to expand its retail and food and beverage offering by the end of the year, the company announced this week.
The developer said that it would be adding new restaurants, including al fresco dining and cafes, whilst beefing up its retail offering with new premium, and value, stores.
The mall is undergoing a comprehensive Dh600 million redevelopment to double its size, from 29,000 square metres to 52,000 square metres, as announced in August 2016.
The renovation will see the mall add more than 10 new stores this year, including Patchi, Paris Gallery, a larger Starbucks, and a Pizza Express.
