5.30AM: My alarm’s a customised soundtrack from Beethoven’s Moonlight Sonanta (1st movement) rings on my iPhone. It helps me slowly get up without feeling rushed. My entire day is go go go... so I like to take this opportunity not to feel rushed.
6AM: It is straight to the gym for me. I usually start with 30 minutes of cardio wherever I am in the world. I’ve let go from my professional basketball youth days so my priority now is to get back into shape. Health is wealth and in my life along with the stresses and goals I’ve set for myself, it’s more important than ever to have this time to respect and take care of my body.
6.30AM: I normally eat something healthy. If I’m traveling, which is more common now, I’ll opt for something which is high in protein and can help me with my health goals. If I’m staying at a luxury hotel anywhere in the world, this is easier than making it myself. I’m a terrible cook.
7AM: I get showered and changed. My approach to personal style is: look the part! Especially if I’m going to be advising or inspiring others on sartorial matters. I’ve got a meeting today with a client, so I’ve got to look like the AbuDhabiFargo. I normally dress smart. A royal blue double breasted jacket with white pleated pants compliment it with brown double Monks and pair it with my Audemars piguet 15400
I top it up with Tom Ford oud Wood, my favourite scent. It’s great in this part of the world. It exudes class and masculinity. Gotta smell the part too.
7.30AM: I make a call to check on the flight leaving later this morning. I’m flying from Muscat to Rome specifically to meet up with some of my investors but also taking the opportunity to meet my friend and personal tailor. I need me some new suits, particularly for summer now.
8AM: I don’t have a set office now as I’m constantly traveling. So I take this opportunity to flip open my MacBook Pro to check up on all my urgent and necessary emails. I normally deal with emails and social media, particularly my Instagram from either my BlackBerry (yeah I’m old skool) or my iPhone. But I like to double check through the morning and night before items on a larger screen. It helps me stay focused.
10AM: I’ve responded to the most urgent and necessary emails as well as the hundreds of DMs I get on my IG (Instagram). Most of the DMs are from followers asking for life or satori advice. The rest are from clients who I’d advise on a range of matters. I love and live on IG. It’s a great escape and medium for me to express myself and my style. I don’t ever take it too serious but I do love it! The interaction and chance to be creative is something I very much enjoy.
11.30AM: A quick Spa session at the Chedi In Muscat is one of my favourite luxurys. It has probably one of the best spa experiences in the whole of the middle east.
12.25PM My driver arrives in a Maybach my favourite car seating at the moment. I’m on my way to the Global 6000 (private jet) to fly to Rome today. This trip is business and pleasure combined.

This trip is like I always do: a combination of business, and pleasure. I like these more as they’re less stressful and allow me to indulge from time to time on my fashion obsession.
1.25PM We pull up to the airport. I’ve got some luggage with me, but I travel light too. I’m about to get on the Global 6000 for a six and half hour flight to Rome.
1.50PM I’m all strapped up. Ready to fly!
2.30PM Light food is served aboard the Global. I admit I’m never shy of a little attention and that’s one of the reasons I love Instagram as my favourite social media platform. Though some of those pictures and videos require a lot more work and time then some might assume.
9PM We touch down in Rome. I’ve just had my investor meeting changed for later this evening. So that gives me time to go shopping first. Im not complaining!
9.50PM Rome traffic can be a nightmare but my friend and tailor have kept things open at their place for me. I’m going for some suit jackets that are going to be great for summer. I take some pics and compare notes with a few select friends and the tailors themselves. I absolutely love the styling you find in Rome. Here’s a teaser of what I’ve got planned for the suits.
10.30PM I’m all done, and on my way got my meeting. I arrive for a dinner + investor meeting at the scenic restaurant at the hotel Eden . It’s too dark to take some pics for the gram so I’ll post something I took a couple of weeks back. You can never have enough content at the ready. One of the skills required as an influencer.
11.45PM It’s time to call it a night, my driver is ready and I’m about to make one last trip for now, to the hotel I’ll be staying at. Looking forward to a hot bath and a comfortable bed.
