Union Properties postpone annual general meeting

Dubai: Union Properties said on Sunday it has postponed the annual general meeting till Aril 30 due to lack of quorum on Thursday.

The company said last month its had proposed a 3 per cent, or Dh0.03 per share, cash dividend and a 5 per cent bonus share issue for 2014.

It would be the company’s first cash dividend since 2002, according to Thomson Reuters data. The company last issued bonus shares for 2013, a 5 per cent issue.
