Dubai: RAK Properties said on Tuesday its board will meet on April 30 to discuss financial statements for the first quarter.

The board will also discuss other administrative issues which won’t have any bearing on share price, the company said in a statement posted on Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange.

The company posted a 2.8 per cent increase in net profit for 2015 to be at Dh160 million. Total revenues rose 23.5 per cent to Dh367.8 million from Dh297.8 million,
