Dubai: Ras Al Khaimah Cement said it has bought back 162,315 shares at Dh0.81 per share.

The company plans to buy back 9.819 per cent of its total capital, the company said in a statement, adding that it has bought back 54.89 million shares so far.

The company still has 980,780 shares that it needs to buy. Awraq Islamic Shares and Bonds was the broker who executed the buy-back transaction.
