Dubai: The National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels (NCT&H) said on Monday its shareholders have approved a cash dividend of 25 per cent or Dh120 million along with 12.5 per cent bonus shares.
The last date to participate in dividend is May 4, with shareholders as at May 6 will be entitled for dividend. The dividends will be distributed on May 26, the company said in a bourse statement.
In 2014, the company reported a 29 per cent rise in profit to Dh158.72 million.
