Cairo: Foreigners have invested a total of $17.6 billion (Dh64.64 billion) in Egyptian debt instruments since the central bank floated the pound currency in November 2016 and up until mid-September this year, Deputy Finance Minister Ahmad Kojak told Reuters on Monday.
