Dubai: Aldar Properties said its board will meet on August 1 to consider and approve the financial performance for the second quarter to June.

The company also plans to consider general business, operational and strategic items in the meeting, it said in a statement posted on the Abu Dhabi bourse’s website.

The company posted a 15 per cent increase in net profit in the first quarter of 2016 at Dh654 million for the first quarter, from Dh571 million in the same quarter of last year.
