Dubai: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank said on Monday it plans to hold a board meeting on October 22 to discuss and approve its third-quarter results.

The meeting will discuss ordinary corporate matters that do not reflect the share price, the bank said in a statement posted on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s website.

In July, ADIB reported an 8.7 per cent increase in net profit for the second quarter of 2017, with earnings of Dh551.6 million on the back of lower expenses and provisions.
