NBAD upgrades its channels and customer touch points

Abu Dhabi: Aiming to offer the best possible access to the customers, the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, NBAD, has embarked on upgrading all its channels and customer touch points which includes branches, website, online banking, mobile banking and ATMs, it said in a statement. The first phase of the renovations will include 26 branches and cash offices serving more than 100,000 NBAD customers across the UAE and is targeted for completion by the end of April. After opening NBAD Al Ittihad and Al Bateen branches in February and March, April will mark the reopening of Al Shahama Branch, Madinat Zayed Tower and Between Two Bridges (BTB) with a plan for further branch renovations across the network.
