Dubai: Samsung Electronics Co in collaboration with Juma Al Majid Est. recently inaugurated its new brand shop in the UAE. The new brand shop, located at Khalid Bin Waleed Street in Bur Dubai, hosts the entire line-up of Samsung products and experience zones to better serve Samsung’s growing customer base in the country.
Located near Maktoum Bridge, the new brand shop is an easily accessible one-stop shop for Samsung consumers. This outlet is one of Samsung’s biggest brand shop globally and hosts the entire line-up of its products along with multiple experience zones offering visitors the chance to touch, feel and interact with Samsung’s latest products including its market leading portfolio of smartphones, tablets, SMART TVs, cameras, notebooks, monitors, home appliances and more.

The new store will not only house all the latest Samsung products but also include multiple experience zones fitted with a host of products for consumers to test. To highlight key product specifications such as the DLNA enabled ‘AllShare’ feature, the new store will have a set-up that is fully equipped with Samsung products to showcase real life connectivity and digital convergence.
Additionally, a team of well-trained sales consultants will be available on-site to assist customers and ensure that consumers are well informed on products and unique features. A customer service desk will also be available for customers, to handle the service of all Samsung products.
