DUBAI: Reem Al Bawadi Restaurant and Caf?, the themed family restaurant chain with Middle Eastern cuisine, will be offering franchising opportunities at the upcoming Gulfood 2015 which is taking place from February 8-12 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The brand is set for expansion throughout the region and further afield.

“We have been building the Reem Al Bawadi brand for more than a decade and have ensured that we perfected the offering and experience of true Middle Eastern hospitality,” said Ayman Abdel Jaber, CEO of the company. “We are now committed to expanding in the region and to other international destinations so that our loyal customers can experience our hospitality in their own country, more regularly, and also to share our love for our cuisine with more people around the world.”

Its flagship store in Jumeirah, Dubai, was launched in November 2001. Today, it operates five branches in the UAE and one in Jeddah, serving more than 100,000 customers per month.

“We see a huge potential for expansion in the coming two years and already have between six to eight international openings planned. We are aiming to target a mix of new markets and to fill-in market gaps and where opportunities arise,” Jaber said.
