Dubai: Jacky’s and Samsung Electronics have opened another Samsung brand shop in the UAE in the Metro link of the Mall of the Emirates.
Operated by Jacky’s Retail LLC and mutually managed with Samsung, the brand shop will be a one-stop shop for all Samsung brands. Multiple experience zones will provide visitors the chance to touch, feel and interact with Samsung’s latest products such as smartphones, tablets, televisions, cameras, notebooks, monitors and home appliances.
“Samsung is a brand that has shown its dominance in various categories particularly in the smartphone and TV segments,” said Ashish Panjabi, COO of Jacky’s Electronics. “We are confident that we will be able to provide the best technology and experience to our customers through this concept retail shops,” Panjabi added.
The new store will also include accessories and other complementary product lines and include Jacky’s value added services such as the extended warranty, eco-exchange programme and telecom partnerships with du and Etisalat.
