Logistics company Agility Public Warehousing said on Sunday it plans to develop a distribution park on a 40-acre site in Ghana.

The company has invested $10 million to acquire the land, which will be developed into a 100,000 square metre of bonded and non-bonded warehouse with ancillary services, the company said in a bourse filing.

Ghana is an attractive location to luanch the network of distribution parks due to its growing prominence in West Africa.
