Dubai: The Dubai-based Wafi Group has taken over the management of the Somerset Residences in Jadaf, Dubai and will re-brand the property as Park Hotel Apartments.
Park Hotel Apartments is the second property taken on board by the group and is located adjacent to their existing hotel, the Arabian Park Hotel.
"The property is ideal for the mid-to high-end market, as it is positioned as deluxe, fully-serviced apartments," said Mark Lee, General Manager of Arabian Park Hotel and the new Park Hotel Apartments. "We feel that the new property will allow us to tap into a higher-end market that we were not able to cater to in the past and our aim will be to operate the new apartments like a 5-star hotel."
Park Hotel Apartments offers short and long-staying guests a warm and stylish "home-away-from-home" experience with a comprehensive range of business support and recreational facilities.
It has 84 fully-serviced apartments ranging from studios, to one and two bedroom apartments, all of which are very spacious and have dining areas, fully-equipped kitchens and utility areas, home entertainment systems and high speed broadband internet access. A 24-hour guest service and security can also be availed of.
The property also features a business centre, complete with a private meeting room equipped with audio visual equipment, teleconferencing facilities and internet access.
Guests can enjoy a host of recreational services, which include an outdoor swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, as well as a fully-equipped gymnasium.
