Meydan has bided its time well with the Entisar Tower project on Shaikh Zayed Road. The plot was bought in 2008 before the crisis and the developer waited until 2011 to develop the concept and on the first day of Cityscape Global 2013 Meydan launched the project.

The latest prestige high-rise on the key Dubai roadway is the only one to have freehold status and will have 444 serviced apartments for sale.

The serviced apartments, ranging from one- to three- bedrooms, cover a total area of 66,300 square metres across 37 floors of the 100-storey plus building, set to be one of the tallest in Dubai.

“Shaikh Zayed Road is one of the best areas for such a mega-vertical themed development,” said Mohammad Nasser Al Khayat, head of commercial at Meydan Group.

There will also be a 112-key hotel to be managed by Meydan Hospitality. “Entisar, which means triumph, is not just another high rise; the underlying vision goes much deeper to create a true vertical community and lifestyle choice,” said Meydan’s chairman Saeed Al Tayer. “Each of the facilities has been carefully planned by the team, and the final result is a marriage of design, comfort and livability, with the Meydan signature mark of quality and understated luxury.”

Adding to the ambience would be vertically distributed community sky gardens and multiple outdoor swimming pools. A signature gym comes with a suspended indoor running track, two regulation size tennis courts, and an expansive conference and events centre.
