Dubai: Away from the Downtown and Dubai Marina, there is quite a measure of transactional activity surrounding Nakheel’s Jumeirah Village development.

Properties in the Jumeirah Villa Triangle is averaging Dh1,200-Dh1,300 a square foot on built-up area, while in the Circle, featuring private developer helmed projects, values average Dh1,000 a square foot.

“Pacific Ventures is currently only looking at residential projects; we started two in Jumeirah Village Triangle and one next to the Dubai Mall and are moving towards a few more,” said Parvez Khan, chairman and managing director at the developer.
