Damac Properties has announced sales on the Trump Estates, a collection of more than 100 luxury villas set within a golf community off Umm Suqeim Road in Dubai.
The villas will be within a development called Akoya by Damac and offer residents the opportunity to live the “Trump lifestyle,” with the design concepts conceptualised by Donald J. Trump and Ivanka Trump, and developed by Damac Properties.
The Trump Estates will be the first in the Middle East region. It will be overlooking the Trump International Golf Club, Dubai and have access to luxurious amenities including a swimming pool, tennis courts, a gymnasium, media room, lounge and coffee shop.
