Damac Properties has brought forward the second round of unit sales at the Akoya Oxygen master development. This phase will commence on September 3 through private events and prices of the four-bedroom units starting at Dh2.25 million.
“We originally planned to bring the second release out just prior to Cityscape Global next month, but the strength of the demand from customers has encouraged us to bring this forward,” said Ziad El Chaar, Managing Director.
The sales programme will take place at Damac Maison — Dubai Mall Street, The Oberoi and the JW Marriott Marquis in the Burj Area, in addition to the Atlantis Hotel on Palm Jumeirah and Rotana Al Ghurair Rayhaan in Deira.
A 55 million square foot community in Dubailand, the project is set around an 18-hole golf course, and will have more than 4,000 trees, organic gardens and private parks. There will also be a five-star hotel.
