Abu Dhabi: Aldar Properties announced on Sunday that The Gate, and Arc Towers on Al Reem Island have been fully leased after being on the market for just under a year, highlighting the increasing demand for quality residence in the capital.
The towers are located in the district of Shams Abu Dhabi, and are made up of 3,533 units, of which Aldar retained over 1,300 units as part of their recurring-income portfolio. The Arc comprises of studios, and one and two bedroom apartments.
“The Shams Abu Dhabi area is one of the most sought-after communities in the capital, providing residents with modern accommodation and amenities in a popular district. Leasing activity has been very strong this year with bulk and end-user tenants, helping to strengthen our recurring income portfolio,” said Mohammad Al Mubarak, chief executive officer at Aldar Properties.
Residents at The Gate, and Arc towers benefit from various facilities including sky court terraces, swimming pools, a gym, and children’s play areas, among others. The towers also have underground parking, and 24-hour security.
Earlier this year, the Abu Dhabi-based real estate developer also fully leased its Al Rayanna residential community, which is located near the Abu Dhabi Golf Club, after six months on the market.
